I am well-versed in several therapeutic approaches and evidence-based therapies that we may utilize to ensure our time together is productive, and you feel a tangible movement toward your goals. It is important that we attend to the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your health. I approach our work as equals and honor the therapeutic relationship.
I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and have been intensively trained in using the Prolonged Exposure DBT Protocols for PTSD.
