If you are here you have already taken the first step to seek counseling. My name is Yumika and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. There are several approaches that I utilize for therapy, but I like to access where you are and work together with you to develop the plan for obtaining your goal. I truly believe that we all have had certain experiences in our lives that have shaped the way we view, interact, and experience the world. Often times, we display difficulties in coping that hinder us from reaching our full potential and enjoying life. Counseling is one way to help you reach your full potential.

Being a first responder to crisis and tragedies, you can only be the "strong one" for so long, before it begins to wear on ourselves and your personal relationships. You may be an attorney, a physician, part of law enforcement, or on the leadership team of your church. Who are YOU supposed to turn to? We work with many people in your same position, struggling with doing good for others, at the sake of your own family & self-care.

I am a Christian counselor who works with clients that are experiencing difficulty with depression, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, family issues, marital issues, and more. I work with all age groups and diverse populations. The ideal client is the client who seeks help for their problem. I use a mix of many theories to treat clients depending on individual needs. I work with children and adults to address almost any need and believe there is no "one size fits all" type of counseling. I do not judge any person, but strive to work with you to help you feel better.

My ideal client is someone who wants to and is willing to change. I want to work with you on becoming a better you. I have experience in working with children, adults and families as it relates to: behavior, relationships, grief, conflict. I have experience working in an individual, family, group and crisis setting. I have experience working with ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, and conduct and behavior disorders, as well as family conflict. My belief is to see each person as an individual with an empathetic and non-bias perspective.

I am Lauren Craney, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My purpose as a therapist is to help you along the path to a functional and fulfilling life. Whether the obstacles to achieving this goal are habits and behaviors you want to change, relationship issues, or present and past traumas. We will work together to develop a comprehensive plan to alleviate or minimize stressors and struggles. The goal is to move in positive directions while establishing healthy coping skills. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe place for you to explore your struggles, and give you objective feedback and guidance to help you improve your life.

I have a heart to see individuals find wholeness and healing from past trauma and life experiences. As a clinician, it is important to create a brave space, meeting them where they are, and using a relational approach with all my clients. It is imperative to help my clients understand why they do what they do and identify those negative mindsets that came from life experiences that have caused them to remain stuck. Then, providing them with the tools to help them discover their truth, healing from their past wounds, walking in their freedom, so they can begin to rewrite their story.

Our relationship will be one of respect, empathy, and understanding. My goal and focus in therapy is to help you find your own way and answers to your unique situations and problems. Saundra has been a Licensed Mental Counselor since 1999, is a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress, and a Certified Advanced Bereavement Facilitator. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

My name is Leslie Worth and I am honored to work with individuals and couples/relationships, including nontraditional ones, in exploring the variety of challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to the challenge of differing levels of desire and sexual dysfunctions. I am a sex-positive and LGBTQ allied therapist, who makes every effort to provide a non-judgmental environment. Therapy provides a safe environment for you to explore challenges that we all go through in life and find the solution that fits you best.

Dr. Ward has worked in the field of psychology for the past 25 years. He holds 3 clinical licenses, as a Marriage and Family Therapist, School Psychologist, and Mental Health Counselor. He holds 2 certifications in addictions (CAP and SAP), and certification from the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Mediator. Dr. Ward’s experience over the years has led to specialties in individual counseling, group and organizational psychology, testing and evaluations, addictions, issues of abuse, hypnotherapy, and couples and family therapy. Dr. Ward provides intellectual and educational evaluations covering learning issues, ADHD, and child, adolescent, and adult development issues.
