Telehealth services only: I work with clients that are motivated for change. I work with adults, teens, and kids. Relationships can be very stressful and overwhelming as today we do not have a village to help us and many people lack supports. My goal is to help you either as an individual or as a family move into a place of healing. Together we can explore unresolved trauma, communication patterns, conflict, emotions, all of it within the safety of a therapeutic relationship.

Dana is a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of Florida with over eight years of experience helping others! I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, PTSD, and grief. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. Being a first responder spouse, helping first responders and their families during hard times is near and dear to my heart. Also, as a mom myself, helping others adjust to the life changes after children join the family!
