I am of the belief that self love lends to a happier and more fulfilling life. Unfortunately, self love is not something that is intrinsic in many people raised in society today. Much of the work I do is to assist clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves so that they may discover the power, passion, and innate joy that lies within. Often times when we are unknowingly disconnected from our internal experience, we may find that we direct significant judgment inward, which lends to feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, and shame. By opening our minds and expanding our view we can unlock the key to self love.

Our goal at the collective is to provide a queer affirming, safe and intimate space for you to explore your inner world, bringing you closer to living your most authentic life. Each clinician brings their authentic self to each session allowing for an individualized, collaborative approach to treatment with a core belief that you are the expert in your own life. It is our belief that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client.

Therapy should be a space to help you better understand yourself and how you got to where you are now. My job is to help you do just that. I work from a non-judgmental, empathetic, and attuned place, to help you feel supported throughout your process. I believe therapy should be collaborative, and while not always comfortable, you will always feel safe and heard. We may laugh, you may cry, and you may laugh while you cry. Wherever you’d like to go, I’d like to go there with you.
