I am Dr. Tracey Laszloffy...most of my clients refer to me as Dr. Tracey. My practice is the Center for Healing Connections (CHC) with offices in Norwich, Glastonbury and North Haven. We provide individual, couple and family therapy to address a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief & loss, anger issues, addictions, communication problems, couples conflict, parent-child conflict, intimacy and sexual problems, infidelity, trauma, abuse and PTSD.
Starting therapy can feel very uncomfortable and stressful. It's a big step, but it's an important step. It means you're willing to look at the things that are causing you distress, and you're open to healing what hurts so you can find greater satisfaction and joy in your life.
