I work with teens, adults, and couples utilizing sound biblical principles, EFT, brainpsotting, and a trauma informed approach. I offer perinatal and postpartum support to new moms and families. I also have extensive personal and professional experience in supporting teens and adults with ADHD, and provide parent coaching to parents of neurodiverse kiddos.
