I have 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma as well as relationship and behavioral concerns. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and their families. I work collaboratively with my clients in overcoming life's challenges and learning to live happy and fulfilling lives.
As a licensed addiction therapist, I work on an individual basis with those who have a desire to make changes in their behavior by addressing any co-occuring mental health and substance abuse concerns.
I frequently use EMDR, which is a technique that helps individuals overcome the negative emotions that accompany traumatic experiences and interfere with healthy functioning.
