As a queer counselor, I look to empower clients to love and embrace their authentic selves. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a plan to manage challenges, make changes, and build skills. I am trained in both CBT and EMDR and use these modalities in coordination with mind-body practices with individuals 12 years of age and up to make long-lasting changes. Additionally, I provide one-time evaluations for GAC (gender-affirming care) and ESA (emotional support animal) letters.

Hi! I am a bilingual therapist with over 20 years of experience. In 2000, I finished my Counseling education at Arizona State University. For the first few years, I worked in an in-patient mental health facility.
