I enjoy working with persons from adolescence through adulthood who are interested in exploring and confronting various barriers and emotions that may be negatively impacting their lives. I pride myself in being able to help my clients explore their problematic behaviors and work towards achieving their own individual goals for therapy. Once gaining further insight and self-understanding, my hope for my clients is for them have self-compassion and empowerment to manage stressors while achieving their self-identified goals.
I strive myself in being able to build a safe and empathetic space for my clients process past trauma and work towards their goals. I am trained in EMDR. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, families/parents, & persons with addiction. Offering telehealth services in either California or Colorado.
