The past few years have been a period of unprecedented upheaval. Racial reckoning, dramatic declines in mental health well-being, COVID, challenges to women's reproductive health and economic uncertainty. These times make many of us feel uncertain about the present and future. Through a lens of cultural humility, I hope to work with you to provide an environment where your strengths can be realized and your goals for yourself and the people you care about can be met. Only by harnessing our strengths can we be whole people.
I am trained as a clinical psychologist with a particular focus on addressing depression and anxiety in children and adults. I have worked for several years in KG-university settings, building social-emotional and trauma sensitive approaches. I work in a culturally humble, strengths-based fashion.
