Do you feel like you've tried everything, but you're still struggling to communicate with your partner? I believe the most important thing in life is the relationships we have with others. Harvard’s longest longitudinal study supports this stating that the quality of relationships you have with people has the greatest impact on happiness. With the stresses of modern life, it’s easy for those relationships to erode. I enjoy helping people repair those relationships and find more happiness in their lives.
I work with couples and individuals using an emotionally focused approach to look at the deeper meaning of things. We’ll work together to uncover what’s beneath the surface and bring to light the true problems you’re experiencing. I use attachment-based therapies to help clients uncover their attachment style and move closer to secure attachment.
I’ve been studying psychology for over 15 years and received my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Sonoma State University where I graduated with a 4.0. Additionally I hold a bachelor's and associate's degree in psychology. I completed my internship with Petaluma City Schools working with teens experiencing varying mental health issues
