Family Tree Wellness offers counseling, education and support for new moms and for people experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy or postpartum suffering, birth trauma or loss. Family Tree Wellness is a group psychotherapy practice where moms and babies (and dads!) are welcome, and where the struggles of reproduction and postpartum transitions are understood and deeply cared for. We are knowledgable about matrescence and can help hold and support new and struggling families without judgment. You don't need to do this alone.

Family Tree Wellness welcomes growing families, inclusive of their most vibrant hope and painful suffering. We offer a path to healing, through education, group support and TLC.

WHEN: Every second Monday of each month from 6:30 - 7:30pm WHERE: Family Tree Wellness COST: Free This is a FREE drop-in support group for those facing fertility challenges in all stages of the fertility process (newly diagnosed to fertility veteran) who seek additional coping skills and a support system. Grieving and processing the pain of a mother’s immense loss is physically and emotionally consuming. Space and care are needed to move through shock, anger and sadness. It isn't uncommon to feel defective, angry, jealous or hopeless as other people become pregnant, have babies and carry on while you feel like your dreams have been shattered. You deserve support and community to help hold your grief. Please join us. This group is for women who have miscarried or lost their babies at any stage of pregnancy, or shortly after birth.
