My treatment approaches include evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and mindfulness strategies in the context of a relational psychodynamic orientation. I tailor my approach to best meet my clients' needs.
I treat the full range of anxiety and depressive disorders as well as substance abuse and addiction. In addition, I have over 20 years experience in successfully treating individuals with eating disorders.
