I'm a Bilingual Licensed Psychotherapist who offers individual, couples and family therapy. I am an active cognitive therapist who offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients. I have been a therapist for over 20 years and look forward to helping each one of my clients.
I have experience working with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. However, I specialize in children and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and anger issues, also life transition/life meaning questions, relationship issues, and abuse, as well as clients with parenting issues, maternal/fetal loss, adoption and foster children.
My approach is supportive, non-judgemental, goal-oriented and individualized.
