BSP is a non-invasive and gentle way to release stress, emotional trauma or physical pain stored in your brain. It's a safe and healing form of therapy that reduces the need for extensive talk treatment. Valuable because it releases the traumatic experience/memory.
Our sessions will have a single focus - helping you to rise above your current obstacles . . . whether that means resolving trauma, conquering emotional issues, overcoming blocking beliefs, or repairing important relationships. Brainspotting allows the brain and body to access, reprocess, and heal. I look forward to hearing from you and working together.
