Elise has developed a specialty in the treatment of addictions, self mutilation (cutting) and complex PTSD. She has extensive training in DBT, Psychodrama, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, attachment based Somatic Experiencing and is a certified EMDR, TraumaFocused Cognitive Behavioral therapist and psychedelic assisted therapy.
