My expertise includes developmental and family trauma & mental health issues anxiety, depression, stress, alcoholism, substance abuse & sabotaging behaviors. I use integrated modalities relational, psychodynamic, cognitive, somatic, mindfulness, neurobiological, touch & attachment perspectives.
My specialty lies in creating a therapeutic relationship based on trust, connection and collaboration, allowing us to safely explore difficulties interfering with more successful living.
