For over 30 years I have been helping individuals, couples, and families to learn better ways to manange their lives using the most advanced therapeutic techniques. The focus is on learning to manage emotions, how to change behaviors, and how to become more resilient in order to cope with whatever challenges life may bring. I continually train in the newest modalities and use EMDR, EFT, NLP, CRM, Brainspotting, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am highly intuitive and am able to get to the core of my clients issues to find the best way to heal and then experience personal/spiritual growth. With over 44 years of daily meditation practice I bring universal wisdom into each session.
Clients may have layers of unresolved issues to be cleared and it's very important that we have a trusting relationship so that we can explore the issues that need to be cleared in order for the client to feel safe, secure and to become happier. My goal is to guide each client in whatever way is best for them to their very best potential.
