Hi my name is Kelsey Kjellsen and I am a licensed professional counselor, clinical supervisor, and owner of Just Be Counseling Services, LLC. I work with individuals and families who are looking to make life-changing improvements. My primary passion is to help young adults (18-35) who are working to create the life that feels meaningful to them. Clients I see may be dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, chronic health conditions, relationships, depression, troubling behaviors, high stress, and trauma to name a few. I also work with youth (7+) and their families to promote positive and healthy family connections.

I have a passion for helping clients create and strengthen meaningful relationships in their lives, whether it be with their partner, family member or their self. I enjoy working with couples, families and individuals and helping them identify and change hurtful, negative patterns and create more effective, healthy ones. Healing and change happen within ourselves and through relationships when we feel secure and loved. I strive to help couples, in families develop and strengthen those bonds and create positive interactions.

My counseling approach is based on family systems theory and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

My name is Hope and I am a graduate level clinical intern attending Grand Canyon University pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and practicing under supervision. I am also a dog mom to three amazing yorkie mixes, a lover of Crossfit, am a Christian, and my favorite way to spend time is with my family. Clinically, I have experience working with pre-adolescents in group therapy settings for intensive outpatient programs as well as experience working with adults in individual sessions with subjects related to grief, depression, and anxiety.

My name is Dr. Lockett, I am a clinical therapist and also a non-profit organization( MIND Family & Social Services, Inc). We provide counseling and community intervention to adults and children. Our focus is on diffusing the current crisis/situation, evaluate its nature to reduce the likelihood of the re-occurrence. I am a licensed psychotherpist in AZ and nationally certified. I am trained in various techniques that help with the resolution of trauma, abuse, neglect, addiction, and personality corrections. In addition, I can provide testing for behavioral, emotional, personality, and psychological concerns. As the clinical director, I coordinate and oversee our groups and IOP (intensive outpatient) programs. For more than 17 years, I have dedicated myself to supporting teenagers, adults, and families in the field of social service and behavioral health.
