The model used is Emotionally Focused Therapy. This model has some of the highest supported research in helping with emotional and relationship distress. The goal of therapy would be to re-build hope, trust, security, and connection. LifeSpan Integration and Brainspotting are also incorporated for trauma.
Treatment works for a wide array of symptoms like trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, betrayal trauma, etc.
