I have years of experience working with substance abuse in families. There are steps to consider towards hope and relief for anyone trying to find their way out of this cycle. My role is to help you understand 'what it is' and 'how it works', discussing strategies to help you sort out desired change, having more awareness and clarity, relief.
My approach is empathetic, honest, curious and direct. Working in residential treatment, I have facilitated a family program, helping families and individuals find their way through the challenges of substance overuse and its chaos. My therapuetic approach offers coaching strategies, for next steps in our work together!
