As a therapist, I look forward to walking with you through this journey to reach your healing and mental health goals. I currently work with children, adolescents and adults. I am trauma focused and recognize the importance of creating a safe space for my clients to process what they have experienced. Some of my focus areas include: emotional eating, eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, self-harm, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, family and relationship struggles, and infertility.

I believe people are more than their diagnosis. Yes, a diagnosis is a tool but it is not the big picture. I come from a place of curiosity and wonder, wanting to know my clients on a deeper level so that I can help them navigate this world. For example, PTSD is a big diagnosis that is thrown around; yet, it doesn't paint the full picture. It doesn't reflect someone's experiences, triggers, how this is impacting their relationships, family history, the strengths they possess etc. Adolescents are my passion however, I also enjoy and work closely with families and adults.

Therapy is for everyone. Being a kid is a hard job and being a parent isn't easy either. It can be lonely, isolating and overwhelming when you or your child is struggling. We aren't meant to struggle alone. My passion is helping kids, adolescents, and their families learn how to navigate big feelings, stress and overwhelm. Although starting counseling can be a difficult, I believe that walking into a counselor's office takes strength and courage.
