I love working with womxn and families on perinatal and maternal mental health as well as clients deciding what building a family looks like to them, clients adjusting to diagnoses of chronic illness, and womxn in all stages of life on health and mental health issues.

I specialize in depression and anxiety that stems from relationship issues, peer issues, work problems, and school issues. Through education, life experiences, a family of my own, and a great deal of empathy, I feel that I can offer unique and confidential treatment. I have worked within private practices, hospitals, trauma centers, hospices and schools. Before counseling, I worked in academics, teaching, and financial institutions. In addition, I have a strong background in Attachment, and I specialize in Attachment issues in children and adults and address the various challenges clients face in their current relationships. I use EMDR when appropriate and myriad Neuropsychological interventions.

I specialize in Play Therapy with children ages 3-11, particularly involving emotional regulation, anger management, behavioral issues, anxiety, and depression in children. Finally, I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grieving, and other interpersonal issues.
