People are intersectional, so therapy should be too. Rather than strictly utilizing a set therapy style, I incorporate an array of evidence-based practices to meet you where you are at and to ensure sustainable change. Some of my favorite modalities include CBT, DBT, MI, IRT, and narrative therapy.
