I specialize in working with several populations, including millennials, other therapists, first responders, sexual trauma, panic disorder, mass shooting/gun violence survivors, perfectionists, phobias, teens, & bariatric patients.
My approach to therapy is all about creating a space for clients to develop bottom-up coping skills & healing trauma. I firmly believe that many of the challenges people face today can be traced back to unresolved childhood experiences.
