Individuals need additional ways to cope with change, stress, and trauma so they can better focus and be present in their daily life.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist I look at the whole picture. I will help you separate your problems from your identify. I believe everyone can improve their self-esteem along the way too. I use CBT, Solution Focused, Narrative, Bowen, TF-CBT, and CPT models to help meet you where you are at in starting your therapy journey.
