I Specialize in Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive disorders. I treat Middle School age to Adults that are dealing with Worries/Fears, Perfectionism, Social Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Panic, Stress, Trauma, Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling) and Skin Picking Disorders as well as acute Eating Disorders. I have worked with many others in regards to Couples problems, Grief, and Anger. Helping people deal with everyday stressors, finding forgiveness and contentment in their life. If you are looking for a faith based counselor, I will gladly utilize a Christian based approach as well.

I work with adults as well as children/teens from age 9-17 years old. I have personal knowledge and experience with individuals in public safety, hospital staff, military, and first responders. I can relate to the stress and strain that type of work causes in your personal and professional life. I am trained in Compassion Fatigue and Burnout (CCFP) that can help you enjoy work and activities again. My experience in that area has transitioned well over to helping others. Depression, anxiety, relationships, communication are all hidden issues when you think it is just being tired or “worn out” from your work.

Being a specialist for 17+ years in treating OCD and Anxiety Disorders, and Scrupulosity OCD, my goal for my client is to provide the best possible up to date treatment while my practice is a place that provides safe and confidential services with a person-centered approach. Skill based treatment is important and coping skills are provided to help my client have methods and tools to improve outcomes in their lives. It is important when possible to also offer family counseling to help families understand their loved one with their struggles concerning anxiety and OCD.
