I have experience working with those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, marital discord, and family issues. I walk along side my clients to bring to light their distress and empower change.
I believe in making connections between past experiences and current distress to bring healing. I am basic EMDR trained and utilize these techniques in overcoming client issues. By bringing awareness to internal dialog and emotions, I can assist clients with creating change.
I consider it a privilege to join my clients on their journey to better mental health. By overcoming obstacles, and learning coping techniques, clients are able to have the confidence to be the experts of their own lives and relationships.
