I have worked with children, individuals, and families reach their full potential by identifying concerns and working toward solutions. I specialize in helping women that are struggling with postpartum adjustment, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
I will help you by supporting your unique needs and strengths with warmth and compassion. Together in a supportive environment, we will work to understand your thoughts and feelings. I have extensive training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Maternal Mental Health, and Postpartum Depression & Anxiety.
