My passion is helping entrepreneurs and business owners to grow emotionally in developing insight into themselves and their goals. I assist my clients in processing life stressors, finding healthy ways to cope with and express their feelings. I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and use this type of therapy with my clients if appropriate.

I have over 15 years experience providing outpatient therapy. I come from a business background, having ran a successful sales company and involvement in various other businesses. I am rooted in Lancaster County-I was born and raised here, and received my master's level training here. Additionally, I have served as an adjunct professor at a local college.
