During my close to 20 years of service, I have collaborated with individuals over a variety of life changes from finding more satisfaction in careers and relationships, navigating family conflict and divorce, healing from trauma, caring for children with extraordinary needs, and learning new skills to address unwanted habits.

Sometimes we have a clear view of the problem and other times we only know that something just does not feel right. My goal is to help your child unravel issues and confusing emotions to move towards healing. I will work with you as the parent during your child's treatment process to provide you with tools to utilize at home. I am a highly experienced therapist who specializes in working with parents, teens, and tweens.

I currently work full-time as a Certified School Counselor and part-time as a Licensed Professional Counselor at New Beginnings Virtual Counseling. I have over 8 years of experience working in the mental and behavioral health fields. I have helped people treat anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, ODD, ADHD, and Autism. I went to Drexel University, obtaining my bachelor's in psychology, and Holy Family University, where I obtained my master's in counseling psychology.

With my unique personal and professional background, my goal as a therapist is to help you explore and define your challenges. One of the reasons that I choose to primarily work with children is my admiration for their incredible resilience despite some very difficult circumstances. I’m inspired by the resilience of children and their ability to “adjust their sails” when the tough winds of life blow. Despite their strength and determination, children often need a helping hand, a friendly face and a listening ear in order to develop resiliency. I view my work with children and their parents/guardians as “teamwork” as we seek together to identify what is needed to help children express themselves and improve their resiliency skills.
