The Family Counseling Center offers relief and support to people struggling with mental health, substance use, or behavioral concerns. Individuals, couples, and families are welcome. We will affirm you in all of your identities and will see you as more than your diagnoses. We work with a wide range of people and seek to match you with clinicians based on the nature of the concern and your lived experience. Our team is here to listen and to help you find your own best way forward.
Our clinicians use several trauma-informed approaches in therapy, such as CBT, ACT, existential, IFS, and MBCT. We will match our techniques to your needs and preferences, helping you to use your strengths to help you form new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.

Building Resilience
This group teaches cognitive and mindfulness skills to help clients replace problematic coping behaviors. The group particularly focuses on helping clients reduce or stop use of alcohol or other substances in response to distress. It is open to all genders and is conducted by telehealth.

Teen Processing
This group focuses on developing emotional regulation and interpersonal skills in a supportive environment with other teens. Our skilled facilitator introduces topics and helps teens to connect with the unique and shared aspects of their experiences. Open to all genders ages 12 to 17. Initial assessment required.
