I commend you for looking into counseling and I hope that I can make starting the process as simple as possible. I really believe your story matters and I personally love learning about people, their lives, and their journeys. I really enjoy working with women in pregnancy through new motherhood and those with symptoms of Postpartum, in whatever form that takes. I have a long history of working with individuals with Bipolar Disorder as well as supporting family members of and individuals who suffer from Psychosis. In order to save you some time there are a few things to note, please do leave your phone number if you email, because I WILL call you back. I am NOT contracted with Apple Health (state insurances) or Kaiser. I am NOT taking clients who are seeking treatment for anxiety, eating disorders, or couples counseling.

I do work separately with individuals who are in couples counseling, which often is very helpful. I am vaccinated and currently scheduling new clients. It is your choice to wear a mask or not.
