I have over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working with young children, adolescents, and adults. I provide individual and family therapy, co-parenting, and reunification therapy.

Hi, I’m Alexandra (she/her/hers) and I go by Alex. I am a supervisee in social work and I completed my masters of social work at Virginia Commonwealth University. I work with individuals ages 18 and up and my areas of practice include women’s health (including maternal mental health), anxiety disorders, depression, chronic health-related stress, grief, trauma, substance use disorders and life transitions. I enjoy helping clients explore connections between their family of origin (the family you grew up in) and their current relationships.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family therapist that has over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. I currently work with individuals at this time 18 and older. It is my goal to provide a safe space that is warm and welcoming where you can openly express yourself without judgment. I utilize an empathic approach and meet you where you are on your journey as everyone's situation is unique. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 33 years of counseling experience. I am in private practice under the name Echo Counseling and Professional Services LLC.
