I provide therapy to clients of all ages experiencing a variety of issues. All of my clients, regardless of age, are experiencing stress in some form or another. In children, the impact of the stressors may increase their anxiety, depression, physical complaints, behavioral issues, and/or difficulty functioning in school. In adults, these stressors can contribute to mood instability, struggles with functioning, family conflict, decrease in work productivity, and/or relationship issues. My approach to all of these issues is uniquely tailored to the needs of each of my clients.
I have over 20 years of experience working with children/adolescents, parents/guardians, and adults. I have developed a set of skills that make it possible to engage with clients of all ages. Along with the traditional talk therapy, I also utilize other expressive therapies. When it's difficult to talk, this can provide another avenue for treatment.
I believe in each of our natural tendencies toward resilience and growth. Although seeking help can be difficult, it is that drive towards health that gives us the little extra nudge when we need it. I will honor your journey and take into account your unique stories and challenges as we work together to tailor your treatment to meet your needs.
