Utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques and strategies, I work collaboratively with clients to address a wide range of concerns. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals facing a wide range of challenges, from depression, anxiety, relationship problems, low self-esteem, job issues, divorce, family dysfunction, anger issues and more.

VIRTUAL VISITS-Telehealth. We specialize in sessions via the internet on high encrypted, Hipaa Compliant systems (similar to FaceTime, Skype, etc.) It allows for same day sessions for clients who are not able to make it into one of our physical locations. Clients can use their phones, tablets, laptops, and PC's. We are a professional counseling firm with experienced counselors in Sexual Abuse, Relationship/Marital Counseling, Family Counseling, Codependency Counseling, Gender Identity, Incarceration/Probation Counseling, and specialize in Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling for adults and teens, as well as Trauma and PTSD.

I enjoying working with clients who are ready to get back to their optimal level of functioning. We all get in ruts and go through hard times. My goal is to help my clients figure out how to gain skills to get past what they are going through currently and be able to tackle any issues in the future as well.

Growing up and not learning how to regulate your emotions may cause misery and suffering. We offer intensive Group, DBT and holistic therapy, 3 days a week, 3 hours a day of DBT group therapy online or in person from ages 10-65+, for 7.5 weeks (24 sessions). Located in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Maryville, Tri-Cities. Our holistic program teaches the Four Core Skills of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. "DBT" is an evidenced based treatment that teaches step by step to reduce impulsivity and reactivity. Our groups take place in a "Spa like", home environment.
