We are a group of therapists that have a combined 20 years of experience. We are trained in IFS, EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, ACT and other trauma and person-centered treatments. We are interactive, solution focused therapists. We also work with couples using Imago and Gottman training at all stages of relationships.
We offer a safe, calm, and relaxed environment for you to heal and grow. Our clients describe us as "down to earth", easy to talk to, direct and compassionate. We would be honored to assist you through these challenges with compassion and care through your individual journey.
