As a contextual family therapist, I'll work with you to explore your situation from a perspective that encompasses the larger systems of your family of origin, current family, friendships, community, work, and school. We'll bring mindfulness and meditation into your skillset and use them for self-awareness and self-regulation.
As a family/play therapist, I treat children with a combination of family, Child-Centered, Synergetic, and Sandtray therapies, mindfulness, meditation, and the Safe and Sound Protocol. I'm highly skilled with even the most troubled teenagers. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, and divorced, separated and blended families.
