My specialty lies in working with those who have experienced traumas, both large and small. Many times people see trauma as large life changing events and put aside the smaller things that can leave a mark. I try and explore both of these experiences with my clients, along with their relationships with others and themselves. This can cover a range of topics including, but not limited to, self-esteem, anxiety, boundaries, and self care. My goal is to create a space where clients can explore their emotions on their own timeline not mine or anyone else's.
I have experience and training with an array of ages, genders, sexualities, and cultures. I work with my clients' backgrounds and strengths to provide treatments tailored to their experiences. It's important that therapy acknowledges cultures and traditions and their impact on who you are today.
