Life can be overwhelming and unpredictable sometimes, and this could be your first step in improving your mental health. We all want to feel connected to others in our lives, and I can help you strengthen your relationships. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where my clients can work through issues in their lives. I will work alongside you to help you achieve your goals. As a wife and a mother of four children, I have gained an understanding of the complexity of family relationships, and I have a passion for helping others to connect.
I work with children, teenagers, adults, as well as families and couples. I have a great passion for play therapy with all its benefits for children and their families. I am especially interested in working with couples that need support with other life transitions and relationship problems. I will modify my approach to what best fits my client's needs.
Many of our close relationships are often complicated and where we feel most vulnerable. As a wife and a mother of four children, I have gained an understanding of the complexity of family relationships, and I have a passion for helping others to connect. I will walk alongside you while you are navigating life’s challenges while working towards your goals.
