My passion is to work along side individuals, families, adolescents, children, and parents to help create this new path. I specialize in Marriage & Family Therapy and Art Therapy. I work with those dealing with past or current trauma, family issues, youth, emotional hardships, life transitions, divorce, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, addiction, adoption, and behavior issues just to name a few.
As a Marriage & Family Therapist and Art Therapist, my experience is in helping those in need to deal with life's challenges. My love for art and the creative process can help aid you in further making sense of your inner world, finding new ways to cope and express yourself, work through challenging experiences and emotions, and develop resilience.
I understand what it’s like to feel stuck, struggle with mental health, not know how to make sense of emotions and experiences, be in the midst of troubled relationships, and feel like you are not the author of your life but merely just a character.
