My work focus is with couples, families and individuals (adults and adolescents). My work experience encompasses: couple conflicts, divorce, parenting struggles and individuals struggling with active symptoms of depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress and difficulty with maintaining relationships.
As Marriage and Family Therapist my skills derive from a systemic approach to address problems. CBT & DBT techniques are used to process active symptoms; and trauma therapy is offered via Sensorimotor Psychotherapy interventions which focuses on the mind & body as a catalyst for healing.
As a native bilingual speaker, sessions are offered in English and Spanish to residents from NY and California. Appointment hours are offered solely virtually on Saturdays.
