I am here for you! I have passionately served young people, adults and families seeking more balanced lives for over 20 years. I specialize in helping people with: Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, Family Conflict, Self-Esteem, Stress Management, Life Coaching, Spiritual/Religious concerns and Crisis Management. I believe in a strength-based, person-centered & holistic approach to helping you discover healing from past & present wounds. During our time together, I encourage you toward personal growth, increased coping skills, and greater freedom to risk, hope & love. My down-to-earth, inclusive style will also help you to feel safe.
My specialties also include providing Helping Professionals and Care Providers (Social Workers, Nurses, Counselors, Teachers, First Responders, etc) a safe space to be vulnerable, address life's issues and improve self-care. I employ an integrative somatic-based therapeutic approach to inspire your healing abilities and help you toward your wellness goals.
Sessions may include: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Sound Therapy, Self-Compassion and Breathing techniques. I received my MSW from Washington University, St. Louis and my Master's degree in Pastoral Care Studies from Eden Theological Seminary.
