I provide Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents, adults, and families. While I treat a wide range of problems, I have particular specialties with OCD and related disorders, anxiety disorders, and many issues that present in childhood. My approach is best characterized as evidence-based, goal-oriented, active, and collaborative. I am trained in a variety of treatment approaches, though, and hope to bring a perspective and flexibility to help you meet your particular goals for psychotherapy.
Specific types of CBT I utilize include Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Collaborative Problem Solving, Parent Training, modified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I offer comprehensive services for the treatment of OCD; see my website for more information.
I grew up in small town Minnesota, spent the next phase of life getting an education and establishing a strong private practice in New York City, and recently returned to MN and joined the reputable group Anxiety Treatment Resources. I am accepting referrals and look forward to hearing from you!
