I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience in the field. I utilize evidence based therapeutic techniques to help children, teens and adults modify behaviors, improve relationships, reduce stress and anxiety, increase mood, and work through the challenges that have brought them to seek therapy. My specialties include working with people who have experienced trauma, grief/loss, family conflict, depression, anxiety, stress, phase of life problems, and behavioral challenges.

I have been providing individual and family counseling for 30 years, from a multicultural system perspective.
