Hi, I'm Jess Troxel, LCSW! Co-creating a safe space to process the impacts of life situations and traumatic stress is central to my role as a practitioner. Often, the effects of trauma lead to PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, substance misuse, and relational wounds. Additionally, trauma and traumatic stress can make us feel stuck and sometimes as though we continue to live in traumatic times, chronically disconnected from ourselves and others. If you are seeking compassionate, supportive, and value-aligned mental health services reach out to see if we are a good fit.
My practice is grounded in Polyvagal Theory (PVT) and I am a body-based practitioner utilizing an integration of Eye Movement and Desensitization (EMDR), Reiki, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Expressive strategies to process trauma.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to supporting clients in reaching their goals. I deeply value co-creating healing spaces with and for each person I have the privilege of sharing space with.
