Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tends toward a systems based approach using behavior methods.

I work with children, teens, and adults, and I've become pretty good at engaging even the most reluctant. I really enjoy helping others find their identity and their comfortable space. I tend to work with anxiety disorders, trauma, and family conflict. Of course, what is trauma and conflict without stress, anger, and low moods? I've worked with pretty much everything, and helping people identify their needs, goals, and a direction is very satisfying.

We assist with IEP and 504 plans to help our children/teen clients succeed where they spend most of their day- out of their parents' sight. Parents are our partners in helping kids and teens learn life skills.

Ariele is a licensed clinical professional counselor, a nationally certified counselor and a board-certified dance/movement therapist. She is trained as a yoga and prenatal yoga teacher.
