I am a certified Autism Specialist and AutPlay therapist. AutPlay Therapy is a combination of developmental & behavioral methods to work on emotional regulation abilities, social functioning & skill development and relationship development (connection). Secondary areas addressed are: anxiety reduction, sensory processing and behavior change.
Play therapy uses the therapeutic powers of play and can be combined with other treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) to ensure each client's needs are met.
