I have worked with people of all ages ranging from children to the elderly, with more focus devoted to those in their late teen s - mid - life stages . I specialize in working with anxiety, anger management, ADHD, stress management, improving relationships and communication, navigating life transitions, and parenting challenges. I have considerable experience supporting LGBTQIA individuals and helping them to navigate the challenges they may encounter with family, friends, or community. I also have worked extensively with parents on navigating challenging childhood behaviors and teenage puberty.

Within the therapeutic environment, I strive to provide a welcoming and open-minded space where anyone can come to process the varying obstacles that life throws at you. I connect and utilize various theory's listed below, but I primarily come from a person-centered approach, and encourage communication and finding out together what works best for you within your own life. I utilize a variety of interventions from mindfulness-based practices, internal family systems therapy, and CBT to work through the challenges that life may pose.

I provide a safe and confidential setting to effectively investigate and help with anger, depression, drugs/alcohol, mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, relationships, grief/loss, stress management and PTSD. I am Sonya Belletti, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Coach who specializes in and is passionate about all things family. My goal is to have clients leave each session with value added to their lives, so they are able to build fulfilling relationships. Mr Renaud considered a subject matter expert in the areas of adolescent substance use disorder and it impacts on the family. He consults with and provides expert testimony to the Florida Juvenile justice Association, the circuit four advisory council for juvenile justice, Adolescent drug court, Duval County teen court, juvenile court, Local news affiliates, as well as northeast Florida System of Care. In 2018 Mr Renaud was asked to join The Florida Behavioral Health Association as a consultant to the adolescent behavioral health division.

I believe we are the sum of what we encounter in life and how we react to these encounters. Encounters begin during the time where we relied on others to love and protect us.
