Approaching therapy can be very scary and may feel like just another thing on your to do list. As a psychodynamic psychologist, the relationship I try to build with my clients is one of openness, genuinness, and innovation. I'm not here just for your concerns, but your passions, your purpose, and direction. Once trust is established, I push my clients to their higher potential because I believe most of us aren't scared of failing, but succeeding.
